Ben is a highly experienced Yoga teacher with the qualification Master of Yoga issued by the Sivananda Yoga Organisation.
He taught Yoga full time from 2000 – 2010, and also spent 9 months living and working in various Ashrams around the world – in France, London, India, and the Bahamas.
Seeing that most Western Yoga teaching is rubbish, he decided in July 2020 to teach again. His classes are designed to give you a profound immersion into the depths of yourself, leaving you rejuvenated and relaxed. They are dynamic and challenging, but also completely safe – he has NEVER once had a student get an injury in his classes. (Yoga practiced properly is safe and healing).
His intention behind teaching again is to share the wisdom of Yoga so that you may apply it to all areas of your life.
All levels of experience and all ages / abilities are catered for in each class – beginners welcome, Yoga teachers welcome! Classes will be 90mins – 2 hours long.
PLEASE note: After you purchase (below), make sure that you have Zoom downloaded, installed, and tested on your computer. Test Audio settings, and make sure that your audio and mic are turned up fully.
The class will BEGIN at exactly the time scheduled – and the link to the Zoom ‘room’ will be posted on Ben’s facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/RalstonBen/ ) about 30 mins before the class begins.
Join the Zoom link at least a few minutes early and relax on your mat / blanket / rug in corpse pose (lying comfortably on your back). You will need another blanket and socks / warm clothing for the end of the class when we practice Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation practice for about 20 mins).
