Miraculous, instant healing!

I just did an amazing therapy session!
The client wanted to shift an emotional problem – he was finding himself ‘reacting’ negatively in certain situations. Specifially, he found himself feeling aggressive toward people for no good reason.
He gave this example: He had recently had a business meeting (he works in the sports industry). When the woman he was meeting with began to innocently describe how good her system of training was (inadvertently implying that his was less good) he suddenly felt aggressive towards her. Obviously, his sense of worth was threatened… but how to heal this?
Of course this was a big problem for him – in this instance it threatened not only his momentary emotional balance and mental clarity, but potentially also his long-term business and personal relationships.
We used the elegantly simple technique of RPT, and fully healed him not only of this problem – he also got more than he bargained for…
I guided the client through the ‘head, heart, gut’ process. As he visualized himself in the same business meeting again he was able to identify the thoughts that he had at the time.
As the woman stated how superior her work was, he immediately felt threatened and the thought (head) was:
“You’re talking nonsense”
He was also able to identify his emotional response (heart) to her statement: he was afraid.
However, he got stuck on the deeper feeling (gut). This is quite common – many people find it difficult to recognize the emotions and feelings that are causing their issues… but it’s never a problem, because my trusty intuition rarely lets me down.
I did it for him, and we found that in his gut there was a very strong sense of annihilation. As if his sense of worth being threatened also threatened his very existence.
At this point the client told me he had had several complications at his birth: in fact, he had almost died, and the doctors had had to revive him. He felt that perhaps this feeling of ‘annihilation’ was connected to that.
So, we worked on that deep ‘gut’ feeling in relation to his birth, and cleared it. I felt something ‘shift’ – the sign I always get when a healing is successful, and I told him that the session was over. However, there was a little surprise in store for us both!
As he got up to stretch he literally stopped in his tracks.
“That’s strange!” he said. “My back pain is gone”.
He did some exercises, stretching backwards, touching his toes, and found that his chronic back pain had also been healed!
The session took about an hour and half, and the client –from the comfort of his own home – released a serious emotional blockage, as well as healing a long term, extremely painful, bad back!

The ‘key’ to personal development

I will share with you now some things that are little known, yet highly important in personal development.
Many people are working on developing themselves in many ways. If you google ‘therapy’ (or ‘healing’, or ‘personal development’), you’ll find literally thousands of different kinds of modalities.
Almost all of them are either energy based (reiki, bio-energetic techniques), or emotional based (heart based healing, E.F.T), or psychologically based (NLP, psychotherapy).
A common reaction to healing (especially to the energy / heart based techniques) is a feeling of euphoria, often accompanied by tears of joy. People often believe that they’ve “really healed it this time” because the feeling is so intense.
However, the truth is that if you have this kind of tearful reaction to therapy, you’ve probably only healed yourself on the energy / emotional level. The symptoms are healed (hence the feeling of euphoria – it’s a relief!), but the relief is only temporary. Very likely the problem will persist, perhaps in a different form.
Similarly, with therapies that are based on psychological healing, it’s often slow going: I’ve met people that have had years and years of therapy and not really shifted anything significantly.
True healing works on the level of cause. When you heal the cause of the problem, the symptoms simply fall away: sometimes immediately, sometimes over time. There won’t be any ‘fireworks’ though – no tears, no euphoria. Just a slow unwinding, as every level of your being (physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and causal) shifts subtly back into alignment.
When this happens, what you’ll most likely feel is a slight tingling sensation. You’ll feel lighter and strong. You’ll feel more complete.
True healing is really letting go of something false – a blockage that was in between the present you (the one that has a problem), and the real you.
You want to be healthy and happy: we all do.
The thing that most people don’t realize is that they are already healthy and happy! Healthy and happy is our natural state of being – our default setting if you will!
Healing is about letting go of whatever is getting in the way.
Your body will heal itself very efficiently when it is allowed to.
Your state of mind will automatically shift towards joy if you relax (let go) deeply enough.
So here’s the secret: the cause of almost all of our problems is a subconscious blockage that relates to either survival / safety, or reproduction. It relates not to the head ; nor to the heart. It is connected primarily to our ‘gut’ – the area below the solar plexus and above the genitals.
The gut is the place where we feel our deepest feelings, which are always about safety and survival. Many people’s greatest fear for example is public speaking: surveys have shown that many people would rather die than have to speak in public! That kind of fear is always felt in the gut.
So, when I am healing someone, I am looking for the cause of the problem, and it’s always something that relates to a ‘gut feeling’.
When you are working on your own personal development, be aware that the most important centre of awareness that you have – important in terms of influence that it has over your life – is in your gut.
The reason I’m writing about this now is that I know from the many years of personal development work I’ve done that most people ignore their ‘lower centers’ and focus on the higher ones. There is a myth in spiritual and healing circles that we should focus almost exclusively on the heart or the third eye.
I learnt all this when I studied and became a Reference Point Therapist and teacher: my own personal development and my work with others shifted tremendously. I learnt how to very quickly and efficiently let go of ‘stuff’ that otherwise takes people years of struggling.
This is all very theoretical I know, so I’ve written up my latest client / therapist session, which was a great example of a truly amazing healing session, typical of the kind of results that you can get with RPT. It was a simple skype session, client in America, me in Slovenia, and he got much more than he bargained for! I’ll publish that immediately after publishing this… enjoy!
Before you go, please be aware that I would like to share this information with as many people as possible… you can help me with that by simply giving a facebook ‘like’; sharing with your friends; and / or leaving a comment below. Thank you!

HEALING: A personal example

WOW!

This morning I had a major breakthrough. I’m going to tell you how I:
– overcame a serious personal blockage;
– let go of an inherited fear that was preventing me from feeling great;
– paved the way for a much greater degree of success in my work.

I had been feeling ‘out of sorts’ for a few weeks now:
  • First of all I haven’t had much work, which means not much money – Eek! A month ago I had an average of six / seven clients a week. The last three weeks I’ve had one or two. If you’ve ever been self employed, with no one to pay your wages / sick leave / taxes / holidays etc. you’ll know what this feels like.
  • Secondly, I’ve been feeling kind of ‘foggy’ – unable to think clearly and unable to put my resolutions into action. In a word: incoherent. For example, I haven’t been able to write – even though I’ve been trying to write something every day, nothing has been coming out. Both my blog and my book have been neglected – typical example of writer’s block. Every time I tried to write something I felt that it was no good: I didn’t have the confidence to publish anything.
  • Thirdly, for the last three days I had a headache. Not a really bad headache – just one of those nagging, dull, annoying pains that just won’t go away; I was even waking up in the middle of the night with it.

All in all, I’ve been feeling pretty bad! So I knew something was wrong…
The trouble is that when you’re feeling ‘foggy’ and unable to think clearly it’s difficult to get to the bottom of the problem.

Yesterday I fasted on fruit (I plan to write an article on fasting) to clear my head. It worked. I woke up this morning feeling slightly better – headache gone – and decided to immediately work on whatever was causing me these problems.

(Something you need to know before we continue: my wife Petra and I are expecting our first child in November…)

As I felt into the problem, I began to feel something very deep and strong welling up inside me. I realized that I was harboring a deep fear of being a Father. It dawned on me that I felt completely unprepared for this huge undertaking: what if I don’t have what it takes to be a Father? What if I don’t have enough love to give to this new being? What if I cannot support the three of us, financially, emotionally, and spiritually? What if…
I was completely ‘stuck’, paralyzed with fear.

Deep down, I felt unworthy; incapable; and uprepared to be a Father.

Let me be clear: if someone had asked me if I was prepared to be a parent, I would have said yes! Absolutely, I can’t wait. I didn’t think that I would be a bad Dad. On the contrary, I knew that in many ways I would be a great Father.

But I felt the blockage on a deeply subconscious level.

Now to understand subconscious blockages and the healing of them, here comes the important part:
My higher consciousness was trying to bring this subconscious blockage to my attention so that I could deal with it, and let it go. So what actually happened is that I manifested headache, lack of abundance, and writer’s block in order to make myself stop everything and look deeply at the underlying problem: a subconscious resistance towards the BIG CHANGE that is fast approaching in my life.
Clever huh?!

Now, is it normal to feel apprehensive about being a Father for the first time?
Do other first time parents ‘get the fear’ about suddenly becoming completely responsible for another human being?
Is it ok to be uncertain about the biggest change one can ever face in life?
Absolutely – I’m sure many people go through the same thing! Change is part of life, and sometimes fear of change is also part of the territory.

Are there some people who don’t have this fear of being a parent for the first time – I’m sure there are. But I believe that we all, unless we’re fully enlightened, have some blockages like this. In fact, I believe that enlightenment is the state of being completely free of these blockages. So as we release them one by one, we gradually come closer and closer to our natural state of being, which is perfect.

Why did I have this particular blockage: well, I believe that the main reason is: my Grandfather died when my Father was just 6 years old: he didn’t have a Father himself, and had never learnt ‘how to do it’. I was his first child, and he wasn’t a confident Dad. In other words, I inherited it from him. (It has been proven scientifically – through epigenetics – that we inherit memory in our cells).

Why did I resist that fear for several weeks and take such a long time to deal with it – well, all I can say is that I’m still learning, and sometimes I find it easier healing other people than I do myself.

To summarize this story:
Having discovered the cause of my problem – a subconscious resistance to the upcoming changes in my life – I released it, relatively quickly and easily (the whole process took about 10 minutes). I simply acknowledged the previously subconscious association between that feeling of ‘PARALYSIS’ and CHANGE, and it vanished, taking all the fear, self doubt, and confusion with it.
Result: I’m writing again; my head is clear; and I am free from that nagging sense of “I’m not good enough”.
What a wonderful morning!

That’s healing folks: we all have subconscious associations, beliefs, and ideas that hold us back. Sometimes those blockages cause physical problems; sometimes they manifest as emotional or psychological issues – sometimes all three. Whatever the symptoms are, the cause is a lack of coherence due to subconscious blockage.

However, underneath the blockage there is a higher consciousness. That higher consciousness is divine; perfect, all-powerful – it is our essence. All we need to do is let go of the blockage, and let our ‘higher self’ do the rest. It really is easy, fun, and fast. This is a new paradigm for healing:

in the past, healing was thought to be complicated, expensive, and time-consuming. People thought that only ‘gifted’ people; perhaps ‘wounded’ healers, or ‘special ones’ could do it. It was thought to be something ‘magical’, or supernatural. But you know what?
Anyone can do it. The technique is simple (you can learn it in a couple of days) and the results are permanent!

It is written that Jesus said:

“…All these things, and greater, you shall do too…”

It seems that Jesus was prophesying a time in which ‘normal’ people would also be able to perform miracles.
I believe that time is now.

Would you like to learn for yourself how to release blockages and heal?
Do you agree that enlightenment is a state of ‘no blockages’?
Can you relate to being nervous about being a first time parent?
